SIGACCESS promotes the professional interests of computing personnel with disabilities and the application of computing and information technology in solving relevant disability problems. The SIG also strives to educate the public to support careers for people with disabilities. As part of the W4A Workshop all attendees will receive a full year long SIGACCESS Membership on the workshop day (You don't have to be an ACM or current SIGACCESS member).

The Passport and Student Passport conference fee includes attendance to all events throughout the conference including all tracks (business, developers, W3C, research papers, panels, workshops, tutorials), refreshments and lunches, together with the evening welcome reception at Edinburgh Castle on Wednesday 24 May. The daily conference rate includes all events taking place during the day, refreshment and lunch but excludes any evening social events.

There will not be an early booking rate or deadline instead we will offer a limited number of reduced Passport and Student Passport tickets on a first come first served basis. Early Bird Passport tickets will cost 700 GBP (Student Passports 450 GBP). These are selling out fast, so get yours while they are still available!

There is also the option of a 3-Day passport for 550 (GBP). A workshop passport (1 and a half days for the W4A) at 250 (GBP) and a standard 1 day passport at 250 (GBP).

Accommodation is available at a range of hotels and self-catering apartments in Edinburgh. Please complete the online booking form to make a request for accommodation. Payment for all accommodation booked is to be settled with the hotel direct upon departure together with any room extras. A valid credit card number must be given when making your booking, as this is required to guarantee your booking. Please ensure that your credit card will still be valid at the time of the conference.
We recommend the Jurys Inn Hotel (Jurys Inn Edinburgh, 43 Jeffrey Street, EH1 1DH) - its a little further from the conference centre than the others but its of the same quality but at a lower price; and we've stayed there.

You are required to sign up to any Workshops or Tutorials that you may wish to attend throughout the week. The W4A Workshop is on Monday the 22nd May.
