WWW2007 was a very successful conference. Delegates spent five fabulous days in Banff, exploring the past, present, and future of the Web. The meeting facilities and technical support provided at the conference venue were first-rate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the conference social events provided good value and variety for the WWW2007 attendees. WWW2007 was a memorable event and it has raised the bar for future WWW conferences. Preparations for WWW2008 are well on the way and we would like to use the WWW2008 newsletters to keep you updated on important announcements and events leading to WWW2008.

WWW2008 : Initial CFP

The initial WWW2008 Call For Papers is out and most chairs on the committee have been finalized. Members of the program committee of each track will be finalized around August 15.

Venue: BICC

Beijing International Convention Center (BICC) has been selected as the venue of the WWW2008 conference. The conference facility is next to Beijing Continental Grand Hotel and has been used frequently for international and domestic meetings, exhibitions, and large-scale activities in Beijing.
