We welcome original, unpublished manuscripts, no more than 8 pages, inclusive of all references and figures. Vision papers and descriptions of work-in-progress are welcomed as short paper submissions (no more than 4 pages). Papers must be written in English, and *must* be formatted according to WWW proceeding formats (check here for details). Papers must be submitted via Easychair website.

All papers will undergo a peer-review process with at least three reviewers evaluating them. A rebuttal phase might be considered depending on schedule and need..

The accepted papers will be included into the CD proceedings of WWW2008. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for and be present at the workshop.
