Submission Information and Requirements

Workshop papers can be submitted now. Deadlines range from early February to early March, depending on the workshop. Please check the workshops page for detailed information on each workshop.

For workshop papers, please use the workshop paper submission page.

Refereed Papers, Poster Papers, Tutorial Proposals, and Workshop Proposals for WWW2007 must be submitted via the conference submission web site, http://www.easychair.org/WWW2007.

Refereed paper submissions were due by 11:59pm (Hawaii time) on November 20, 2006. A record number of 765 submissions were received! Refereed paper submissions in EasyChair have now been disabled. Similarly, tutorial submissions and panel submissions have also been disabled, since their deadline has passed.

Camera-ready versions of accepted refereed papers should follow the author instructions provided.

Poster submissions were due by February 12, 2007 (11:59pm Hawaii time).

For DevTrack papers, please see the DevTrack CFP page. The deadline for DevTrack papers was extended to February 16, 2007 to more closely match the poster deadline.

Refereed Papers and Poster Papers:

Accepted refereed papers and poster papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), will be contained on the Conference CD, and will also be accessible to the general public via http://www2007.org. Authors of accepted papers will be required to transfer copyright to the IW3C2.

Refereed papers and poster papers must be submitted as PDF documents. No other format will be accepted. It is the responsibility of all authors to produce PDF documents that can be read and printed on any platform. Please check to ensure that you can produce PDF documents well before the submission deadline. The inability to produce a PDF document will not result in an extension of the paper submission deadline.

Refereed papers must be no longer than 10 pages overall, including title, references, figures, diagrams, appendices, etc. Over-length or incorrectly formatted submissions will most likely be rejected without reviewing. Poster papers must be no longer than 2 pages overall.

Refereed papers and poster papers can be prepared using either LaTeX or Microsoft Word, although using LaTeX is recommended. (Other document preparation systems can be used, but are not recommended and no assistance will be provided in the case of problems. Authors using other document preparation systems are responsible for producing output completely equivalent to that produced using one of the methods below.) If using LaTex or Microsoft Word, the following style files must be used for submission of refereed papers and poster papers:

These are modified versions of the ACM proceedings style files. More information on the style files can be found at:
