Individual LPs can be represented by a source feature vector to support the varying latencies over time. Based on experiments we have performed to determine the significance of the Time of Day and the Day of the Week on individual LPs, we have devised source feature vectors of six values, corresponding to the mean and the variance of the latency for three time periods, Peak-WeekDay, Off-Peak-WeekDay and WeekEnd.
