a review of the HTML+ document format
(due to technical problems, this speech was re-scheduled to the last day
of the conference, but from its subject it belongs into this stream)

lead to the proposed HTML+ standard. this will include things like tables,
text wrapping around pictures, mathematical equations and much more.

a number of links to the reader that he or she might want to follow
depending on his or her preferences.

a proxy server do for them ?

servers can improve the overall performance.
