The conference registration fees for various categories and cancellation policy are shown below.

Passport registration (April 20 - 24)

This is the best value which includes conference events for all 5 days (April 20 - 24, 2009) and CD Conference Proceedings; but excluding W4A. Events include: Tutorials, Workshops, all core Conference sessions, daily lunch and coffee breaks and Welcome Reception. Optionally, you can add to your registration a Conference Banquet ticket or register an accompanying person through the Partner program.

3-Day Registration (April 22- 24)

Delegates who take the 3-Day registration can enjoy activities on the three days of the core conference. This covers all the parallel conference sessions, daily lunch and coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and CD Conference Proceedings. Optionally, you can add to your registration a Conference Banquet ticket or register an accompanying person through the Partner program.

2-Day Registration (April 20-21) Tutorials & Workshops

The 2-Day fee allows registering in tutorials or workshops on April 20-21. This covers attending to the selected tutorial(s) or workshop(s), daily lunch and coffee breaks and tutorial hand-outs or CD workshop proceedings.

1-Day Registration (Single Days / Additional Days)

This registration gives the best flexibility to delegates who have tight schedules or tight budgets while still wish to enjoy the interested events on certain days. You can choose to register over any combination or selected days from April 20 to 24 or to enlarge other options with additional days. The fee is the same even if the event of interest is held half-day (AM or PM only). However, delegates can still enjoy lunch and coffee breaks served during the day(s) selected.

Partner program (5 days/3 days)

Passport or 3-Day delegates can register an accompanying person to allow access to conference venue, daily lunch, coffee breaks and Welcome Reception. Optionally, you can add to your registration a Conference Banquet ticket for that person

W4A

The International Cross-Disciplinary Conference on Web Accessibility (W4A)is a co-located event which will be held for 2 full days on April 20 and 21, 2009. The fee covers all W4A events, lunch and coffee breaks on these 2 days and a dinner Monday evening. Interested delegates should register for this event early.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in written to www2009secretariat@pacifico-meetings.com before March 16th, 2009 (11:59pm Hawaii time)
There will be a charge of 50 € for cancellations, substitutions or other requested changes
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 16th.
Any other request made after April 3rd, 2009 will not be processed.

No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of a specific event or change in the programme.

Remarks:

Student attendees may be asked for presentation of Student ID card at the registration desk for status verification.
